Furniture Delivery Policy
Shipping & Delivery Policy
To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please review the following policy carefully before receiving merchandise.
Delivery Inspection
Customers are required to inspect all merchandise at the time of delivery. This includes checking for damages, defects, missing parts, color discrepancies, or any other visible issues.

Any flaws, defects, or missing items must be reported on the delivery slip before the delivery team leaves.

Once the delivery team has departed, we are not responsible for any damages or defects discovered afterward.
No Returns Policy
We do not accept returns due to change of mind, color, size, or similar personal preference reasons. All sales are considered final once merchandise has been delivered.
In the event that furniture arrives damaged, we are committed to making it right. Depending on the situation and on a case-by-case basis, we may offer one of the following resolutions:

Replacement – A replacement of the same item.

Reselection – The opportunity to select a different item of comparable value.

Refund – A refund may be issued at our discretion where replacement or reselection is not a suitable resolution.
Warranty & Service
All new furniture is eligible for service at the original delivery address listed on the invoice at no additional charge.

If merchandise has been moved to a different location, the warranty is voided, and service will not be provided.

Customers are responsible for ensuring furniture remains at the invoiced delivery location for warranty eligibility.
One-Year Manufacturer’s Defect Warranty
Most new furniture includes a one-year manufacturer’s defect warranty, which covers manufacturing flaws in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
Covered defects may include, but are not limited to:

Structural or frame defects

Fabric or leather manufacturing defects, including seam slippage

Defective springs, mechanisms, or select electrical components (where applicable)
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear or aging of materials
-
Comfort preference or normal softening of cushions
-
Fabric pilling, shrinking, or wrinkling
-
Fading or discoloration caused by sunlight or environmental conditions
-
Accidental damage, misuse, abuse, or neglect
-
Stains, spills, liquid damage, or pet-related damage
-
Improper or inadequate cleaning methods
-
Heavy soiling
-
Surface scratches, dents, chips, or finish wear
-
Damage resulting from use of improper bed frames or support systems
-
Damage caused by unauthorized chemical treatments or cleaners
Items Excluded From Warranty Coverage
The following items are excluded from all warranty coverage and are final sale:

Floor models
-
Closeout items
-
Clearance items
-
“As-Is” merchandise
-
Rustic furniture (due to the natural characteristics of materials used)
Warranty Service & Remedy
If service is required during the one-year manufacturer’s defect warranty period:

The customer is responsible for providing access to the original delivery address for inspection or repair.

Repair shall be the primary and preferred remedy under this warranty. Replacement may be authorized only if repair is not commercially reasonable, as determined by the manufacturer or retailer. Refunds are expressly excluded.
